    We offer complimentary downsizing when your order is first made — simply leave your wrist measurement and your preferred fit (Standard, Snug, or Relaxed) at checkout, and we’ll tailor the piece before it ships.

     

    Resizing is only available for making bracelets smaller, not larger.

     

    This service is complimentary at the time of purchase only.

     

    We do not accept returns for resizing after your order has been shipped.

     

    Any bead(s) removed during resizing will be included in your package — a small keepsake of your original strand.
