At of stone and light, every piece is created with intention, using natural crystals that carry their own unique patterns, inclusions, and tones. These variations are part of their beauty and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer returns for change of mind.

• Exchanges are only available if your item arrives faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lightofstoneandlight.com.au, including photos of the item.

• If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Resizing

Each bracelet is custom strung to your chosen fit — Standard, Snug, or Relaxed. Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing adjustments. Please use our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Crystals & Variations

Natural crystals may display unique textures, small inclusions, or slight differences in shade. These are part of the stone’s natural origin and are not considered faults.

Packaging

All pieces are packaged with care in our signature ritual wrapping. Should any packaging arrive damaged, this does not affect the quality of your bracelet.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (for faulty or damaged goods only), it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
